Job summary

The Assistant Teen Center Director at Boys & Girls Club Of Portage County in Stevens Point, WI 54481, assists the Teen Center Director with day-to-day operations and programming to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven youth development programs aligned with the Club’s mission.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Prior work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, implementation, and delivery of lesson plans, programs, services, and activities to achieve youth development outcomes.
Promote a high-quality, outcome-driven Club Experience and build relationships with youth and families.
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers to ensure adequate staffing at all sites.
Monitor monthly expenses to ensure they stay within budget projections.
Support and implement marketing strategies to promote programs and events.
