Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness (MCAW) of the North Shore is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team and support teens aged 13 to 17 within our in-person treatment program. You will help enhance youth care through a structured milieu and collaborate with dedicated mental health professionals to make a positive impact. The position is part-time with Monday–Friday shifts from 8:30 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Behavioral Health experience preferred but not required.
• Enthusiasm, energy, organization, and clear communication skills.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen, including THC.
