CACI International Inc. seeks a Part Time Technical Scrum Master to support the CURFEW contract in a fast-paced IT environment.

The role emphasizes SAFe agile practices, delivering new features, and coordinating cross-functional teams with a TS/SCI clearance preferred but not required. The candidate will facilitate daily stand-ups, track progress, remove blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders, including government leadership.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification is required.
• 3 years’ experience managing projects in similar size and with multiple competing priorities.
• Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Able to work collaboratively within a cross-functional geographically diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Agile product teams in a SAFe organization.
• Provide strategic technical leadership ensuring client needs and program goals alignment.
• Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events.
• Track and collect Agile metrics for program level metrics and facilitate team velocity.
• Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure.
