OSNER'S FC in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Technical Director / Live Stream Operator for UPSL Premier matches. This part-time role oversees the full live production across multi-camera setups, ensuring professional streams for fans and sponsors.

Weekend availability and strong technical skills are required. Ideal candidates will have experience with YOLOBox, OBS Studio, vMix or TriCaster, and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience operating live production systems (YOLOBox, OBS Studio, vMix, TriCaster or similar).
• Live sports production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of video routing, audio, and streaming workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability.
• Must be available for regular home matches and occasional away games.

Responsibilities

• Operate the live production system (YOLOBox or similar).
• Direct and switch between multiple camera feeds during live matches.
• Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
• Coordinate with camera operators and commentators.
• Ensure reliable broadcasts across streaming platforms.
• Assist with pre-game setup, testing, and post-game shutdown.
