Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience working in live TV environment.
• Strong directing and on-air decision making under pressure.
• Excellent communication with editorial, technical and engineering teams.
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-show meetings with editorial and technical teams to align show vision.
• Test studio and control room infrastructure before broadcast, verifying signal flows.
• Direct technical crew during live broadcasts, including in-studio camera operation.
• Execute live switching of studio cameras and remote feeds via Sony MVS switcher.
• Manage video playback and feed studio LED surfaces with graphics.
• Report issues and successes to Team Leads and global counterparts.
