Job summary

Victra is Verizon's premium retailer seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with technology. You will drive in-store experiences, meet sales goals, and participate in NHU training within 30 days of start.

The role offers uncapped earning potential and advancement opportunities, with evenings and weekend shifts common. The position emphasizes guest advocacy, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
