Job summary

Spectrum is hiring for a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist to represent our portfolio of Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice services in stores across the U.S. You will be the face of Spectrum, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer care in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, educating them on products, handling transactions, and meeting performance targets while maintaining a positive store presence and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and mobile devices.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections while communicating value of Spectrum products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards and minimize losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, maintain a clean retail experience, and participate in training programs.
