Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service to Every Guest.

You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests with technology and earning uncapped commissions while growing with a company built on performance, collaboration, and integrity. In this role, you will meet sales goals, work with store leaders and peers, and assist with merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age and US work authorization.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average of $18.00 to $29.72 , combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What we're looking for...

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
