Academy-Framingham is seeking a part-time Technology Specialist to lead the integration of instructional technology across classrooms, supporting teachers, and advancing student digital literacy. The role emphasizes collaboration with staff to implement tech-enhanced lessons in a 220-day/12-month academic setting.
The position requires a Bachelor's in Education and experience with instructional technology, preferably with Google for Education/Google Classroom.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education is required.
- Experience with instructional technology integration in classroom settings.
- Academic Specialist Licensure (Instructional Technology) or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Model effective instructional strategies using technology in a co-teaching environment.
- Coordinate with school personnel in use of technology resources.
- Design technology-based instructional strategies using data.
- Lead technology-focused professional learning for school staff.
- Assist classroom teachers in selecting technology that aligns with Academic standards.
- Oversee projects to ensure compliance.
- Develop and deliver technology integration reports for Academy team.
