Job summary

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Customer Sales Representative in your area. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand in local big-box retailers.

Demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs, building rapport with customers and store staff. You will train in product demonstrations, maintain displays, and report on activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintaining customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Escort customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
