Job summary

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand in Best Buy and surrounding stores. You will demonstrate products and tailor demonstrations to customers' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Greet customers and offer assistance; guide to displays and products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Document and report sales; communicate activity to Retail Operations.
