Job summary

LEGO Group in New York, NY is seeking a capable retail team associate to support store operations and leadership. You will assist the ASM and SM with scheduling, supervise Sales Associates during shifts, and help maintain stockrooms and merchandise presentation to standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
• Supervise Sales Associates during the shift and address issues per LEGO policies
• Process store and office supply orders within guidelines and budgets
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed by Sales Associates
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the floor while supporting loss prevention
• Assist with achieving high merchandise presentation following store guidelines
