Job summary

The LEGO Group in New York is seeking a Part Time Team Leader to support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with scheduling, supervising Sales Associates, and ensuring merchandise presentation and loss prevention targets are met.

This role offers a hybrid work model with up to two days from home, an hourly wage of $22.10–$25.30, and additional benefits described in the advert. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with issues per LEGO policies.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and merchandised products on the shop floor to meet loss prevention targets.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
