• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, visually engaging environment by cleaning and refreshing store displays
• Operate the stockroom efficiently; assist with receiving merchandise and maintaining stockroom standards
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management
• Engage with customers to promote LEGO products and loyalty programs
• Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience
• Carry out store operational tasks as part of daily duties
