Great Neck Public Schools in Village of Great Neck, NY, invites applications for a ten-month paraprofessional/teacher assistant role. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 2:20 pm (6.33 hours/day). Effective immediately through the end of the school year; position subject to annual reappointment.

• Minimum of 60 college credits preferred.
• Ten-month position with 6.33 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to students and staff on digital equipment.
• Monitor student use of technology; troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Assist students with digital platforms, tools, and testing.
• Manage building iPads, including apps, iOS updates, and inventory.
• Manage loaner devices, distribution, returns, and invoicing for lost/damaged equipment.
• Assist with the support, maintenance, and inventory of building technology equipment.

Job Duties:

• Provide technical support to students and staff on all digital equipment and tools.
• Monitor student use of technology and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist students with digital platforms, tools, and testing.
• Manage building iPads, including installing and updating apps and iOS, and maintaining inventory system.
• Manage loaner devices, including distribution and returns and invoicing for lost or damaged equipment.
• Assist with the support, maintenance, and inventory of building technology equipment.

Rate: New applicants: $26.07/hr

Current employees: In accordance with Paraprofessionals Association agreement
