Job summary

Sylvan Learning Center - Redlands, Riverside and Fontana is seeking a Part-Time Teacher's Assistant/Aide to support instructors and engage students during lessons. You will help prepare materials, supervise students between instructional periods, and handle clerical tasks with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, strong communication and computer skills, and a willingness to work Monday through Thursday 2–7 and Saturday 9:30–1:30.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma with a good GPA.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Spanish language abilities a plus.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers during instruction and prepare instructional materials.
• Supervise students during periods between instruction.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to staff and families.
