  • Support classrooms ranging from infants through preschool based on the needs of the center.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environments.
  • Follow classroom schedules, routines, and teacher directions.
  • Assist with diapering, toileting, feeding, and other caregiving responsibilities as appropriate for the age group.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and leadership.
  • Follow Bright from the Start licensing requirements and First Discovery policies and procedures.
  • Step into different classrooms with a positive attitude and willingness to help.

  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  • Ability to meet all Bright from the Start employment requirements, including required background checks.
  • A flexible, dependable, and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • Experience in a Georgia Quality Rated early learning program.
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
