Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain stations prior to service.
• Execute dishes efficiently with accuracy and timing under pressure.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shifts.
• Assist with receiving, rotation, and storage of goods.
