Job summary

Oskar Blues Brewery is seeking a Part-Time Bartender for the Tasty Weasel Taproom in Longmont, CO. You will provide friendly bar service, mix drinks and beer, and assist with inventory and cleanliness.

The role requires serving and interacting with guests, knowledge of CANarchy beers, and adherence to liquor laws. This position is hourly with tips and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance.
• Skill in use of Aloha POS system.
• Skill in interpersonal communication and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to work all days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to prioritize efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to handle cash quickly and accurately.
• Experience dealing with difficult customers to resolution.
• Certified Cicerone preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
• Communicates concerns to the manager on duty each shift.
• Uses Aloha POS to place all orders.
• Keeps bar stocked and clean, maintains inventory.
• Collects payment and processes transactions.
• Maintains health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Troubleshoots customer issues to resolution.
• Performs other related duties as required.
