Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and spirit pairings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pouring and handling transactions.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• TIPS or ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, including seasonal or specialty drinks.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible service practices.
• Manage cash and transactions using Toast POS.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and restock supplies.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Provide tours of the distillery to guests.
• Monitor inventory and assist with bar supply orders.
