Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Assistant to support our recruitment team in Commerce Township, MI. This phone- and computer-based role offers 10–15 hours per week, weekday mornings, with pay at $17 per hour and bi-weekly direct deposit.

You will review applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and help keep the hiring process organized. Join a small, collaborative office that values reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative, office, recruiting, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the workday.
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and dependable with strong attendance.
• Willing and able to learn new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to job applicants
• Conduct initial phone interviews and applicant screenings
• Review applications and resumes to identify potential candidates
• Follow up with applicants regarding next steps in the hiring process
• Work closely with the Lead Recruiter and Hiring Manager to help fill open positions
• Update and maintain applicant information in our applicant tracking system
• Keep candidate records, documents, and digital files organized
• Assist with light office upkeep, including laundry
