Qualifications

• ,Efficiently perform standard alterations including pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, and sleeve modifications.
• Maintain high-quality finishes with even seams and secure stitching.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tailor shop equipment and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment; support front-of-house activities and customer consultations.

Responsibilities

• Tailor Shop Production & Operations: Efficiently perform standard alterations including pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, rise and tapering modifications, coat sleeves, side seams, and lower collar adjustments.
• Customer Service: Support front-of-house activities, participate in consultations, offer guidance on alterations and garment fit, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Team Based Work Environment: Share tailoring knowledge, assist in training staff, and uphold professional standards.
• Physical and Mental Requirements: Able to operate sewing tools, follow instructions, and work 20+ hours weekly as needed.
