Job summary

JCC of Dallas is seeking an LKSA Swim Instructor to teach the Swim Right Method® curriculum. This part-time role requires a maximum of 29 hours per week, including weekends. Responsibilities include instructing lessons, maintaining logs of student progress, and ensuring safety in the pool area. Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, along with customer service skills. The position does not offer benefits but offers a collaborative work environment within the Sports and Fitness team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in swim instruction preferred.
• Customer service experience/training.
• 40+ Hour Swim Right Method® training included.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swim lessons in the Swim Right® Method.
• Maintain logs of student progress and attendance.
• Work within the swim instructor team.
• Maintain safety as part of the aquatics safety team.
