Job summary

The Manchester Family YMCA is seeking part-time swim instructors to lead swim lessons at our pool. Candidates should have open availability and a passion for teaching children and adults of all ages. Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour and offers a supportive, values-driven work culture.

Qualified applicants will hold current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. Additional YMCA, ARC Lifeguard, or WSI certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
• Preferred but not required: YMCA Lifeguard, ARC Lifeguard, or WSI certifications.
• Ability to teach swim lessons to participants of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Lead swim lessons for program participants.
• Work with small groups and teach swimming skills.
• Promote water safety and YMCA core values.
