Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor to teach children in a fun, safe environment. The role involves planning lessons, leading small groups, and ensuring student progress while delivering outstanding customer service in a state-of-the-art facility.

This onsite position offers starting pay of $15.50+ per hour, with paid training, weekly pay, flexible schedules including weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Attend monthly in-service training.
• Track student swim progression throughout the levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans; conduct group and individual lessons.
• Ensure safety of participants in the pool area and teaching environment.
