Job summary

HealthFitness, managing Harvard Recreation on the Cambridge, MA campus, is seeking Swim Instructors for the Aquatics team. You will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons and design individualized programs to meet participants’ interests, abilities, and goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• 2+ years of experience strongly preferred.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
• Design individualized programs to meet participants’ interests, abilities, and goals.
• Contribute to the Aquatics team on campus in Cambridge, MA.
