Job summary

Washington International School is seeking a Swim Coach to initiate and develop the school swim program, recruit within the school, and train the team. You will organize practice sessions, supervise student-athletes, and transport team members to competitions.

The role emphasizes timely communication with the athletic director, parents, players and administrators, and responsible management of all swim equipment and uniforms. This is a part-time position with evening practice slots.

Qualifications

• Coaching swimming and program development.
• Coordinate development and promotion of the swim program.
• Organize and schedule practice sessions.
• Supervise student-athletes and transport to contests.
