Gold's Aquatics Club in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Swim Coach to develop comprehensive training programs for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. You will provide guidance, instruction, and support while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities include leading regular practices, coordinating with head and other coaches, setting ambitious goals, providing personalized feedback, planning home meets, and communicating with swimmers, parents, and club management.

Competenze

• Coaching Experience: 1-3 years previous coaching experience with a proven track record of success in developing swimmers at various levels.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of swimming techniques, training principles, and competitive strategies.
• Bold Leadership: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills, with a heavy emphasis on listening.
• Certification: Current Lifeguarding, CPR, AED and First Aid, and USA Swimming certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Technical Excellence: Familiarity with Team Unify, Meet Management software, and USA Swimming rules (if applicable).
• Availability: Work flexible hours, required evenings and weekends.
