Job summary

Dale Medical Center in Ozark, AL is seeking a qualified Certified Scrub Technician to join the Surgical Services team on a part-time basis. You will assist surgeons across GI, ENT, orthopedics, podiatry and general procedures, prepare instruments, and help maintain sterile technique and supplies.

The ideal candidate has CST certification (preferred), solid teamwork and communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrub Technician with CST certification preferred.
• Experience in surgical settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to stay organized and manage instruments and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in a variety of procedures.
• Order, stock and pull cases and maintain supplies.
• Maintain sterile technique and operate equipment as needed.
• Provide high-quality patient care and support in the OR.
