Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Casual Pool Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or day programs. This part-time, flexible, as-needed role offers meaningful work and the chance to choose a schedule that fits your needs.

You will help with daily living skills, promote independence, document progress, and collaborate with the team. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, clearances, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an organization vehicle.
• Local travel and reliable transportation.
• Act 33/34/73 Clearances.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.).
• Promote independence through person-centered plans.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment.
• Accurately document progress and observations.
