Job summary

Taylor Farms Southwest in Tolleson, AZ is offering a part-time Supply Chain Planning Intern role to support production scheduling, procurement, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain analysis in a fast-paced fresh food environment. You will gain practical, hands-on experience while learning from experienced planning and operations leaders.

This internship is 20–30 hours per week with a day shift, Monday through Friday, and flexibility around class schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Field of study includes Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Review production plans, demand, inventory levels, and material requirements to identify shortages and risks.
• Support creation of production schedules aligning orders, inventory, labor, capacity and shelf life.
• Coordinate with Procurement to monitor PO status for raw materials and packaging.
• Track orders, inventory movement, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports in Excel tracking demand, supply, production status, and supplier performance.

Education

Current student in Supply Chain/Business/Operations/Logistics or related field
