Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Part-Time Supervisory Licensed Practical Nurse to help patients remain independent at home. The role offers a flexible schedule and no weekend or holidays, with daily pay and a supportive care team.

You will perform supervisory visits to review care plans, coordinate with case managers, and ensure delivery of high-quality client service while driving locally in your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle and have a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.

As an Addus Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
