Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area and lobby ambiance.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items and beverages including coffee and tea.
• Keep the breakfast area clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with questions and needs and resolve concerns gracefully.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and perform other duties as assigned.
