Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to ensure an inviting breakfast service for guests. The role includes setting up the breakfast area, preparing items, and delivering attentive service to create a positive start to guests' day.

You will maintain cleanliness, restock items, and assist with guest inquiries while handling occasional complaints with professionalism in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including linens, tableware, and centerpieces.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, pastries, and coffee, tea, and other drinks.
• Keep the breakfast area clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with questions or needs and provide courteous service.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
