Ritter Center in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Part-Time Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join the Behavioral Health Department. This 20-hour weekly, non-exempt role reports to the Lead SUD Counselor and operates from the main campus, providing assessments, treatment planning, and group sessions.

The successful candidate will be versed in evidence-based practices, maintain Cal AIM documentation, and uphold client confidentiality while coordinating with referral sources and the treatment team.

Qualificações

• Must be able to provide negative TB test prior to start.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 unless exempt.
• Influenza vaccination required per Marin County Health and Human Services.
• Must be registered or certified by CA AADCE/CADTP/CCAPP.
• Strong group, individual, documentation, and administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop problem lists, progress notes, group notes, ASAM assessments, and discharge plans.
• Facilitates 1–2 groups weekly (1–2 evenings).
• Used practices: Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Relapse Prevention, or related therapies.
• Carry a 10–15 client caseload across levels of care.
• Maintain client records and Cal AIM documentation standards.
