Job summary

Mountain Rec Gypsum Recreation Center is seeking a dependable Yoga Instructor – Substitute to lead safe, welcoming yoga classes for participants of all levels. Part-Time, on-call with evening/weekend flexibility, under supervision of the Facility Coordinator.

Compensation ranges with certifications and bilingual language testing potential. The role requires group fitness certification, 18+ years old and a high school diploma, with opportunities for staff benefits including retirement and paid

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Hold group fitness certification and/or specific certification for classes.
• May require possession of or ability to obtain a valid First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and rewarding group exercise classes.
• Plan, organize and implement curriculum based on program objectives.
• Supervise safety, comfort and progress of participants.
• Assist participants in achieving their individual goals.
• Collaborate with the Facility Coordinator to plan and schedule classes.
