Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
Active licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LSATP/CSAC) preferred.
Experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments and evaluations to determine client needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as CBT and motivational interviewing.
Facilitate individual and group counseling focused on recovery.
Engage in crisis intervention to ensure client safety.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and discharge planning.
