Job summary

Cole Haan in Eagan seeks a customer-focused Stylist (Sales Associate) to act as a trusted advisor, fit expert, and brand ambassador. You will deliver personalized styling and build lasting connections that drive store success.

Using the Step Into Style approach and the #RUOBSESSED? program, you guide customers through head-to-toe solutions while staying current on seasonal collections. This part-time role requires flexible availability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic retail operations.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Have reliable transportation/demonstrate reliable attendance.
• Accepts feedback for individual development and makes necessary performance corrections at the direction of store management.

• Guide customers through the Step into Style experience with personalized styling across product categories and head-to-toe solutions.
• Build customer confidence by addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions fitting customer preferences.
• Stay informed on seasonal collections, product features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with customers.
• Leverage fit expertise and product knowledge to provide personalized solutions meeting lifestyle and wardrobe needs.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy through authentic engagement and follow-up.
