Cole Haan is seeking a Part-Time Stylist (Sales Associate) in Aurora, IL. You will be a trusted advisor, delivering personalized styling and building meaningful connections to enhance the shopping experience.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers through the Step Into Style and #RUOBSESSED selling program, meet personal sales goals, and support store initiatives. You’ll stay current on collections and trends while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic retail operations
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Have reliable transportation/demonstrate reliable attendance
• Accepts feedback for individual development and makes necessary performance corrections
