Job summary

AllSaints Retail Limited is seeking a Part-time Stylist in Las Vegas to be the primary link between our products and customers. You will spend most of your time on the shop floor styling customers, while also gaining exposure to visual merchandising and store operations.

You’ll be trained with product knowledge and supported by the management team as you help achieve store targets and deliver a fabulous brand experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and attentive; interact with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Awareness of brand, style, and brand values; influence customers and peers.
• Can-do attitude and enthusiasm on busy shop floors.
• Good problem solving with pace, empathy, and under pressure.
• Tech savvy; process transactions and deliveries with in-store digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority on shop floor styling customers and influencing sales.
• Style customers in latest collections and provide a brand experience.
• Maintain store aesthetics and ensure product availability on the floor.
• Handle stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders.
• Make service decisions to resolve issues and retain loyalty.
• Put customers first and work as a team with AllSaints.
