KnitWell Group, owner of Ann Taylor at the Somerset Collection in Troy, MI, is seeking a stylist to act as brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance and product knowledge to help customers express their authentic selves.

You will listen to customer needs, guide selections, collaborate with the team, and uphold visual and service standards while offering omnichannel support and engaging in a hospitality-focused sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Hospitable mindset for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling guidance and product knowledge to customers.
• Answer questions and inspire customers with styling recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to achieve business goals and maintain a welcoming environment on the sales floor.
• Use available tools to enable a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
