This role emphasizes fashion knowledge, teamwork, and flexibility, including evenings and weekends. You will participate in store initiatives, product training, and performance metrics to support growth and a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail and styling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Open availability 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build brand relationships.
• Assist store management to grow store business.
• Use Concierge and service enhancers to enhance client relationships.
• Multi-task and handle multiple customers concurrently.
• Stay informed on new arrivals, fit, color, and fashion trends.
• Create outfits using product knowledge and suggest complementary items.
• Meet sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
