Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to build store business.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including Concierge usage.
• Service multiple customers at a time and multi-task on projects.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals and have product knowledge.
• Create outfits and suggest items to match customers' needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to coaching and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in clientelling/outreach and appointments.
• Complete operational tasks like filling orders, replenishment and recovery.
