Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Ensure the store is always guest ready and welcoming to clients.
• Build the sale to KPI targets by providing styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Illustrate the client journey and foster repeat business.
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales and events.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to company policies.
