Responsibilities

• Model and coach customers to deliver the Levi's service experience.
• Promote the Levi's omni experience by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and partner with store management on escalations.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, per store policy.
• Follow all Levi's Stores policies and directives from store management.
