Responsibilities

• Suggest looks based on trends and promotions, aligned with Levi's service approach.
• Promote Levi's omni experience through Red Tab Loyalty engagement.
• Resolve consumer concerns per policy with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
