Qualifications

• BA/BS in Visual Art, Art Education or Design; Master’s a plus
• 5+ years experience teaching visual arts for adults and advanced teens
• Clear communicator, organized, energized by a busy studio environment
• Passion for art history, contemporary art and a students-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Teach Art and/or Digital Design Classes for adults and advanced teens
• Ensure student success by actively engaging and documenting progress
• Implement the One River Methodology Curriculum in each class
• Run a well-organized studio and oversee lab maintenance
• Organize student exhibitions in January and June and track progress
