Job summary

The Social Worker will apply professional social work skills to assess needs, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate wrap-around services while maintaining strong communication with students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience coordinating social services.
• Clearances required: PA Child History, PA Criminal Record Check, FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes social work skills with students individually or in groups.
• Develops knowledge of college policies related to student services.
• Acts as main contact for college and community social services.
• Provides crisis intervention for distressed students.
• Participates in CARE Team and supports wrap-around services.
