Part Time Student - Supply Management - Waterloo, IA

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Note: Relocation assistance is not provided.

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities

1. Provide tactical support to Large Tractor Supply Chain Integration and Continuous Improvement teams by:
2. Submitting RFQs (Request for Quote) to suppliers to support new product program builds and projects.
3. Procure material to support projects by issuing purchase orders, warehouse and factory reservations, and interfactory orders.
4. Maintain dashboards and metrics.
5. Engage with supply base and/or internal stakeholders.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What Skills You Need

1. Ideally pursuing a degree in a supply chain management or business-related discipline; others may apply.
2. Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university.
3. Graduation date of spring 2026 or later.
4. Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
5. Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.
6. Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.
7. Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, Iowa, on a daily basis year-round.
