Qualifications

• High School Diploma.

• Ability to work independently with students and supervise students in the absence of the teacher.
• Must be familiar with academic subjects and be able to utilize classroom materials and technology.
• Clear records of PATCH, PA Child Abuse History, and FBI background checks; Protecting God’s Children and Mandated Reporter Training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instructional activities under the direction of a classroom teacher.
• Monitor and supervise students during activities and transitions.
• Prepare bulletin boards and instructional materials.
• Assist with field trips and special events as needed.
• Maintain attendance records and related clerical tasks.
• Assist with preparing copies, tech needs, and classroom materials.
